"exchange" or "core" part. The Mfg. takes your OLD part and either uses it to make
a working part later (EXCHANGE), or REPAIR IT. This means you get a MUCH lower price.
The OLD part must NOT be physically damaged. If it is physically
damaged you cannot use the "Repair/Exchange" procedure.

- In some cases you must use this method. If there
are No refurbished parts or new items that can be purchased you might be
able to get the item under a repair exchange sale.
- Why would I WANT to use Repair Exchange?
- IT is MUCH cheaper than an outright purchase typically.
- If your part is ONLY available this way.
- Do I have to send in my defective part first? Why?
- Yes, you do!
- We must inspect it for any physical damage.
- There must be NO physical damage (ie. LCD panels cracked, motherboards
broken).

returned under this R/E program ARE NOT RECOVERABLE. Once your old
part is accepted for exchange, IT
CAN NOT BE RETURNED under any circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- What parts are BEST bought under the Repair Exchange program?
- Typically expensive ones!
- Motherboards, Notebook LCD panels, certain floppy drives, etc.
- How long does it take to get a part under the Repair Exchange program?
- Typically it takes about a week.
- You may want to ship in your "old part" by next day air and
order the new one the same way.
- This will make the turn-around-time much faster.
- Return Exchange Rules!
- You MAY be allowed a credit for your OLD part, IF it is NOT PHYSICALLY DAMAGED!
- The part number MUST also exactly MATCH the one you are ordering.
- You must SEND us your Defective part FIRST,
- WE inspect it for damage.
- If not PHYSICALLY damaged we'll SEND you your replacement.
- LCD Panels CANNOT be Cracked, broken or have HEAT damage in ANY way.
- Your old part CANNOT BE RETURNED for any reason.
- This saves you money but takes longer to get your part.
- Parts carry a 90-day REPLACEMENT WARRANTY:
NO REFUND.

- YOU are responsible for damage incurred to the OLD part in shipping.
