We are committed to your satisfaction. We want you to purchase your product with confidence. We have outlined our Return/Exchange policy below. We want to insure your satisfaction by making you aware of our policies. If you have any questions please call BEFORE placing an order online so a call center operator can help you. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our return policy.

PcPartFinder.com a division of SNPCO Products employs a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. Although we DO NOT ACCEPT money orders, personal checks, or agree to C.O.D. - our newest feature allows customers to subsuquently interact with their checking account (etc.), PAYPAL...!!
Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for the export or shipping of your merchandise.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our return policy.
What is returnable?
*Only defective items AND ONLY for exchange/replacement. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt to request a return*

Any Non-Stock item
Any TOSHIBA part
Any item under $110.00
Items you damaged or tampered with.
Items you installed and didnt fix your problem.
Most items you just dont want, after you ordered/shipped/delivered.
We may, at our discretion, authorize you to return an item. Restocking/return charges will vary from 20% to 50%. You must call or email FIRST - to ask for an approval and RMA#. Purchases made on the Repair/Exchange process are non-refundable, but do qualify for Defective replacement. Your ORIGINAL part cannot be returned to you for ANY reason. No exceptions. 90 day warranty on defective parts; exchange only.
Other Policies
No returns on software or licensing.
No refunding of extended warranty purchases.
All returns MUST have an RMA #, from customer service BEFORE shipping the defective item to us.
You must return within 14 DAYS after getting your RMA#.
Returns made without an RMA # will NOT be credited.
Returns made to manufacturer or any address other than ours (listed below) WILL NOT BE CREDITED.
International shipping is NOT REFUNDABLE EVER
Refused Merchandise and Non- Deliverable Merchandise
You will be charged a 20%-50% return/restocking fee on any item you order and is undeliverable or refused.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product per weight basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. Even though the U.S. Postal service measures packages in ounces, we do not use them as a mode of export. Please be aware that our merchandise is shipped by way of UPS or Federal Express. Pcpartfinder.com does not solely control the part, from the store to the door. Our choice of carriers smaller increment (regardless to weight, if less than one pound) will be deemed as a 1LB shipment by either Federal Express or UPS.
Prices based on product weights under 5lbs
If weight is incorrect you will be charged according to the actual weight and billed according to Carrier fees. Greater weights will result in additional billing to customer after shipping is complete; thus resulting in verbal consent via customer, prior to merchandise being shipped. Canada and International shipping quoted individually. Shipping is NOT REFUNDABLE EVER
All products ship 24-48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) - after your order is placed! Even on next day orders. WE ARE UNABLE to Guarantee SAME DAY shipping and we DO NOT offer SAME DAY DELIVERY, but WE DO offer SATURDAY DELIVERY.
Terms of Saturday Delivery
ALL Saturday delivery orders MUST be made over the phone. Orders must be placed BEFORE 2pm-EST to ensure the fulfillment. Saturday delivery rates may vary, DUE to weights over 3LBS, but adequate quotes will be provided by appointed sales represenative.
